Cloudhelix has scheduled this window to perform a firmware upgrade to the Cloudhelix DMZ Firewalls within the Equinix LD6 data center.

There will not be any interruption to customer virtual machines, however the following Cloudhelix public services will be unavailable for a short period while the update completes:

- DNS: 185.43.43.217 & 185.43.43.218

Monitoring - vCloud Platform Compute Degradation (Telehouse West, UK)

At 1927 GMT Cloudhelix received multiple monitoring alerts indicating a problem with a single compute node in the Telehouse West datacenter. A small number of client virtual machines were automatically restarted onto other members of the compute cluster by VMware High Availability (HA).

The compute node has been removed from service pending permanent retirement.
