Datacenter interconnect: upstream provider maintenance

One of our upstream providers will be performing maintenance during this window, which will impact one of our connections between Telehouse West and Equinix LD6 in Slough.

During this time customers may see some very brief periods of intermittency to inter-site traffic as core routers reconverge over alternate circuits.
